Advent is Approaching. 

 A time to Prepare for the Coming of the Christ Child

 

It has been nearly a year since I have made a post and I was surprised when I realized how much time had passed. I was thinking of how Advent is a time for preparation but not just for the holiday season but more importantly preparing spiritually for the Advent of Christ in our hearts. We spend our time caught up in hustle and bustle of shopping and parties and decorating and planning for guests and these things are good, but how much time do we spend preparing our souls for the solemnity of the Birth of Christ. 

 

It is a Joyous Season and the reason for our joy is that Christ though in the form of God was willing to take on human form in order that we though sinners might be saved.

 

Let us keep Christ in Christmas.
